Payment for reports can be done via the "donate now" button!  Use a credit card to order nursing home & assisted living reports If you wish to order a report or booklet from KABC, you may use the "Donate Now" link to pay by credit card for publications. Be sure to identify what you are ordering, and send an email to KABC as well ( info@kabc.org ) with your name, address and phone number. Often times, we are able to send items out the same day, and can easily email Consumer Information Reports or County Summary Reports. KABC strives to provide the most up-to-date information about all licensed long-term care homes in Kansas. Each year, KABC lists Kansas nursing homes with very few deficiencies. The following list represents Kansas nursing homes with 5 or fewer inspection deficiencies for each of their 3 most recent inspections. In addition, none of the most recent inspection deficiencies were for actual harm, or abuse, neglect or exploitation. Homes in italics were deficiency-free on their most recent inspection survey. Homes in bold, and marked with an asterisk (*) have had 3 inspections with zero (0) deficiencies. The range in Kansas is 0 to 48 deficiencies. The national average is 8.
